New Build Starting Price is $50,000.00

We offer our base price which includes an 82 perimeter white plaster pool that is 3 ½ to 6 ft deep with 3 feet of decking around the pool and standard Choice of tile 6X6.

Equipment:

¾ Hp Pump and motor

500 lb  sand filter or Cartridge Filter depending on county or city regulations

Auto fill with an anti-syphon valve, it is to always keep the water level at proper level.

Hayward Navigator pro pool cleaner  

A start up kit that includes a test kit, pole, brush, net and floater.

You will need to brush your pool once full of water 3 times daily for the first week.

We will fill pool when complete with your water and when it is full chemically start the pool up and provide the first 2 weeks of service and a pool school to teach you how to care for your pool.

This includes tax, labor and permit.

Upgrades;

 Mini Pebble color finish is an upgrade

 Each foot of extra depth $400.00 a foot

 Extra decking or concrete is an extra and is $8.50 per square foot

 Spa 7 ft  is $12000.00

 Polaris 280 cleaner and PB4SQ $1300.00

 Acapulco Shelf $1200.00

 Color changing lights $850.00 per light

 Automation System will vary on price depending on system.
